NMN is a B-stage material in which NMN is coated with special heat-resistant resin, then followed by baking process. It has the characteristics of short curing time and long storage life under room temperature. After being cured, D283 has excellent electrical properties, good adhesive and heat resistance.D283 is used in Class-H dry-type transformers as layer insulation of low-voltage copper/ aluminum foil windings, also as well as slot insulation and interturn insulation in Class F and H electric motors or electric appliances.1 Technical requirements1.1 AppearanceIts surface should be flat, free of uneven resin and impurities affecting performances. While being de-coiled, itssurface shall not conglutinate each other. Free of defects such as creases, bubbles and wrinkles.1.2 DimensionD283 is supplied in roll, roll length is not less than 50 meters, roll weight is less than 60kg. The splices shall not bemore than 2 in each roll and the length for each section shall not be less than 5 meters.The recommended nominal width is 900mm. As per user¡s requirement, we can also supply D283 in tapes withdifferent width (width tolerance: +/-1.0mm ).2 Test method2.1.
